An excellent antibody against subunit E of the V-ATPase. The antibody recognised only one protein band in Western blots at ca. 30 kDa in a microsomal fraction prepared from Lilium pollen grains. Anti-VHA-E was diluted 1:2,500 and an anti-rabbit IgG AP-conjugated (1:5,000) was used for detection.	2009-11-18 @ 14:34:49
