Alternative names: NAD+-beta-hydroxybutyrate dehydrogenase, hydroxybutyrate oxidoreductase, beta-hydroxybutyrate dehydrogenase, D-beta-hydroxybutyrate dehydrogenase, D-3-hydroxybutyrate dehydrogenase, D-(-)-3-hydroxybutyrate dehydrogenase, beta-hydroxybutyric acid dehydrogenase,  -D-hydroxybutyrate dehydrogenase, and beta-hydroxybutyric dehydrogenase.

immunogen

3-hydroxybutyrate dexydrogenase isolated and purified from Rhodobacter sphaeroides

antibody format

rabbit

polyclonal

purified IgG in phosphate buffer saline,

lyophilized

quantity

10 mg

for reconstitution please add 1 ml of sterile destilled water.

storage

store lyophilized/reconstituted at -20°C; once reconstituted make aliquots to avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. Please, remember to spin tubes briefly prior to opening them to avoid any losses that might occur from lyophilized material adhering to the cap or sides of the tubes.

tested applications

western blot (WB), ELISA (ELISA),immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry (IHC)
