background   Goat anti-biotin is a secondary antibody conjugated to HRP, which binds to biotin in immunological assays. Antibody is affinity purified using solid phase biotin.

storage   Store freeze dried powder at 2-8°C. Store lyophilized material at 2-8ºC. For long term storage after reconstitution, dilute with 50% glycerol and store at -20ºC as a liquid. Prepare working dilution prior to use and then discard. Rehydrate with 1.1 ml of deionized water. Prepare fresh working dilution daily.

recommended dilution This conjugate is suitable for all immunoassay applications. The optimal working dilution should be determined by the investigator. Suggested starting dilution(s): 1:500 - 1:5 000 for Immunohistochemistry 1:200 - 1:5000 for ELISA/Western blot
additional information   Purity of this preparation is > 95% based on SDS-PAGE. Antibody concentration is 1.0 mg/ml. Antibody is supplied in 10 mM sodium phosphate, 0.15 M sodium chloride, pH 7.2.1 % (w/v) B, Protease/IgG free. Contains 0.1 % (v/v) Kathon CG as preservative of bacterial growth.
