product information
Background ATG5 (Autophagy-related protein 5) the protein forms a conjugate with ATG12 with an essential role in plant nutrient recycling. It is involved in complete proteolysis of chloroplast stroma proteins in senescent leaves and degradation of damaged peroxisomes.
Immunogen

Recombinant ATG5 of Arabidopsis thaliana, UniProt:Q9FFI2  , TAIR:AT5G17290

Host Rabbit
Clonality Polyclonal
Clone
Purity Serum
Format Lyophilized
Quantity 50 µl
Reconstitution

For reconstitution add 50 µl of sterile water.

Storage

Store lyophilized/reconstituted at -20°C; once reconstituted make aliquots to avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. Please, remember to spin tubes briefly prior to opening them to avoid any losses that might occur from lyophilized material adhering to the cap or sides of the tubes.

Tested applications

Western blot (WB)
