Protein is provided in 10 mM NaPI, pH 8, 150 mM KCl, 0.1 mM EDTA, 1mM GSH, 10 % glycerol, 0,1 % reduced Triton X-100

If intended to be used in Western blot, loading buffer should be added and the solution should be heated up in 98°C for 5 minutes before loading on the gel.
