Reconstitution For reconstitution add 500 µl of sterile water and 500 µl of glycerol.
Storage Lyophilized vial must be stored at 4°C in a dry area up to 2 years after receipt. After reconstitution with 50% of distilled water and 50% of glycerol, the aliquot must be stored at -20°C, and is stable at least for 2 years. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
Tested applications ELISA (ELISA), Immunocytochemistry (ICC), Immunohistochemistry (IHC)
Recommended dilution 1: 2000 - 1: 10 000 (ELISA), 1 : 1000-1 : 5 000 (ICC)
