In ELISA immunoassay anti-GnRHa antibody and sample/standard are added simultaneously within GnRHa coated wells. After incubation, anti-GnRHa antibody bound to the coated GnRHa is detected with HRP-labelled secondary antibodies and color development achieved by addition of TMB reagent.
