Western blot detection of GST protein using Mouse Anti-GST Monoclonal Antibody (1: 1000 for 2h at RT), Clone 3E2. Purified Pseudomonas aeruginosa Metallothionein (PmtA) GST tagged protein (1), GST (2). Load: 1 µg. Blocking: 5% Skim Milk powder in TBST.
