Store lyophilized/reconstituted at -20°C; once reconstituted make aliquots to avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. Please, remember to spin tubes briefly prior to opening them to avoid any losses that might occur from lyophilized material adhering to the cap or sides of the tubes.

20 µg of total proteins from Dunaliella tertiolecta (2), Dunaliella bardawil (3), Chlamydomonas reinhardtii (4), Arabisposis thaliana (6), Triticum aestivum (8) were extracted with 50mM HEPES buffer+PI and denatured at 70ºC for 5 min. Proteins were separated on 10% SDS-PAGE and blotted 1.5h nitrocellulose membrane using semi-dry transfer. Blot was blocked with 3% non-fat milk in PBS-T O.N at 4ºC. Blot was incubated in the primary ab at 1:2000 dilution for 1h at RT with agitation. The ab solution was decanted and the blot was washed 3 times for 10 min in TBST at RT with agitation. Blot was incubated with secondary ab (goat anti mouse IgG alkaline phosphatase conjugated) in 1:8000 dilution for 1.5h at RT with agitation. Blot was washed as above and developed for 10 min with NBT and BCIP solution.
