BSA-conjugated guar (Cyamopsis tetragonolob) galactomannan (megazyme), covalent conjugate.
Antibody can be stored up to 1 month at 4°C, and over 1 month at -80°C.
Make aliquots to avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. Please, remember to spin tubes briefly prior to opening them to avoid any losses that might occur from liquid material adhering to the cap or sides of the tubes.
Galactomannan is a component of the cell wall of the mold Aspergillus, and is released during its growth. Therefore, detection of this compound in blood is clinically used to diagnose aspergillosis infections in humans.
