product information
Background NAD-ME (Mitochondrial NAD-dependent malic enzyme) is an enzyme which in some C4 plants catalyzes the decarboxylation of 4 carbon malate in the bundle sheath cells, releasing carbon dioxide. This enzyme plays a key role in photosynthetic carbon fixation.
Immunogen Native, NAD-ME purified from mitochondria isolated from mature amaranth leaves.

Clonality Polyclonal
Purity Serum + 0.01% sodium azide
Format Lyophilized
Quantity 50 µl

For reconstitution add 50 ĩl of sterile water.

Store lyophilized/reconstituted at -20°C; once reconstituted make aliquots to avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. Please, remember to spin tubes briefly prior to opening them to avoid any losses that might occur from lyophilized material adhering to the cap or sides of the tubes.

Tested applications western blot (WB), immunolocalization (IL), immunoprecipiatation (IP)
