background   Goat anti-biotin is a secondary antibody conjugated to ALP, which binds to biotin in immunological assays. Antibody is affinity purified using solid phase biotin.

recommended dilution This conjugate is suitable for all immunoassay applications. The optimal working dilution should be determined by the investigator. Suggested starting dilution(s): 1:500 - 1:2000 for Immunohistochemistry 1:50 000 - 1:5 000 for ELISA/Western blot
additional information   Purity of this preparation is > 95% based on SDS-PAGE. Antibody concentration is 1.50 mg/ml (E 1% at 280 nm = 13.0). Antibody is supplied in 30 mM triethanolamine, pH 7.2.5 mM magnesium chloride, 0.1 mM zinc chloride, 1 % (w/v) B, Protease/IgG free. Contains 0.05% (w/v) sodium azide as preservative of bacterial growth.
