- Agrisera Non Mammalian Protein Coat Block is designed to stabilize coated ELISA plates and other solid phase substrates. The reagent was developed to substantially reduce non specific antibody binding and eliminate non specific protein interactions. It provides structural suport and crowding agents and minimizes background interactions and issues.

Can be used for antigens and antibody coating, blocking or as a diluent. Blocking and stabilization in one step may allow to eliminated an additional blocking step.
Need to be equlibrated to ambient temperature before use.
To prepare a working solution: dilute with sterile, deionized water.
