  • Product Info
  • Host: Goat
    Clonality: Polyclonal
Purity: Immunogen affinity purified rat IgG.
    Format: Lyophilized
    Quantity: 1 mg
Reconstitution: For reconstitution add 1.1 ml of sterile water. Let it stand 30 minutes at room temperature to dissolve. Centrifuge to remove any particulates. Prepare fresh working dilutions daily.
Storage: Store lyophilized material at 2-8°C. For long time storage after reconstitution, dilute the antibody solution with glycerol to a final concentration of 50% glycerol and store as liquid at -20°C, to prevent loss of enzymatic activity. For example, if you have reconstituted 1 mg of antibody in 1.1 ml of sterile water add 1.1 ml of glycerol. Such solution will not freeze in -20°C. If you are using a 1:5000 dilution prior to diluting with glycerol, then you would need to use a 1:2500 dilution after adding glycerol. Prepare working dilution prior to use and then discard. Be sure to mix well but without foaming. Store liquid material at 2-8°C up to 6 months.
Tested applications: ELISA (ELISA), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Western blot (WB)
Recommended dilution: The optimal working dilution should be determined by the investigator
  • Reactivity
  • Confirmed reactivity: Heavy chains on rat IgG and with the light chains on all rat immunoglobulins
Not reactive in: Non-immunoglobulin rat serum proteins

Western blot analysis of AGPs in stem tissues of aspen. Water-extracted AGPs from 2 mg dried plant material were loaded per lane, separated in SDS-PAGE according to size and transfered onto a PVDF membrane. Epitopes were detected by different anti-AGPs mAbs (JIM8, JIM13, JIM14, JIM16, LM2, LM14, and MAC207) and anti-extensins mAbs (JIM12, JIM19, JIM20, and LM1). Molecular mass (kDa) is indicated on the left. M, marker; Phl/Cam, phloem/cambium; Dev xylem, developing xylem; Mat xylem: mature xylem.

  • Background
  • Background: Goat anti-rat IgG (H&L), HRP conjugated is a secondary antibody which binds to rat IgGs in immunological assays. Antibodies are affinity purified using solid phase rat IgG.

this antibody was used against primary RAT anti HA antibody. The 1:5000 dilution was performed. WB analysis was performed on the plant extract carrying the HA tagged protein
