This antibody works very well for our samples. The membrane proteins from the Arabidopsis leaves and roots are subjected to 15% SDS-PAGE and then detected with this antibody (1:5000). The results shows that there is a very clearly single band around 10kD.	2019-04-12 @ 04:14:31

The antibody yields a very strong and clean signal on western blots with isolated mitochondrial proteins from Arabidopsis seedlings and leaves. It also works well with the total protein extract obtained from dry and germinating Arabidopsis seeds. We use 10-20 µg of mitochondrial proteins or 30-40 µg of total seed protein extract with 1:1000 dilution of the antibody followed by standard ECL detection.
