Antibody works well in Arabidopsis with a concentration of 1:1000. Can also be reused few time and still give good signal. Loading approx 3ug protein is enough	2020-08-05 @ 12:46:16
I have to try several times to obtain a satisfactory result. I think this is mainly because of the low MW of th e target protein. So we have to be careful of the PAGE process. The antibody works well in Arabidopsis.	2011-06-30 @ 11:03:31
