Terms and Conditions

In these terms and conditions “Agrisera“ means Agrisera AB, reg. no 556263-2769, a Swedish corporation existing under Swedish law. The “Buyer” is a person, company or other organization which has ordered products or services from Agrisera. The “Contacts” is a person, company or other organization interacting with Agrisera and has submitted their contact information. These terms and conditions apply to all products and services offered by Agrisera. Agrisera Privacy Policy is a part of and is referred to in the terms and conditions.

General terms

Agrisera terms and conditions are regularly updated and the terms and conditions that will apply to the Buyer´s order will be those in place at the time the order was submitted.

When an order is placed Agrisera will confirm price, availability, expected delivery date and any other relevant information regarding the ordered products or services.

The following information must be provided when placing an order.

• Product number, product name and quantity (applies only to ordering of products)
• Purchase order number
• VAT/Tax identification number: Required for EU customers
• Delivery and Invoice address
• Contact name and e-mail address

When ordering custom production or any other services from Agrisera all necessary details needed to start a project should be provided in addition to the above information. This will be decided on case-to-case basis in collaboration with Agrisera production department.

An order is binding when Agrisera has accepted the order.

Product use

Agrisera products are intended for research purpose only.

In case a product does not meet the product specifications or perform as described in the product datasheet the Buyer must notify Agrisera within 12 months from the day of delivery. All necessary information about the products and experimental data must be provided by the Buyer and Agrisera will investigate the problem. If the problem is related to the experiment Agrisera will assist to improve the results and if the product does not meet the specifications Agrisera will replace or refund the product. Refunds and replacements do not apply to Agrisera services. Agrisera does not accept product returns.

Prices and taxes

Once a year (January) all prices are set up in EUR. The USD rate is adjusted every three months. Agrisera also has the right to change prices for a specific product at any time without prior notification. All prices presented on our website are valid.

Shipping and handling fees are additional costs that are not included in the price of the products.

Agrisera does not cover custom duties and taxes. Buyers within EU must provide VAT number when ordering. Swedish VAT of 25 % will be added to the invoices for customers in Sweden.

Invoicing and payment

Payment can be made by credit card online, invoice or by cheque. Payment terms are net twenty (20) days from receiving the invoice. If payment is not made within 20 days Buyers will be charged a late payment fee. The late payment fee is 20 EUR per week of actual delay, from the due date of the invoice.

The Buyer is responsible for any bank charges that might occur when making the payment.

Shipping terms

Shipping will be made by the incoterm DAP. Standard delivery times are 1-3 days within EU and 3-5 days world-wide. Tracking is possible. Agrisera is not responsible for any custom delays but will make all reasonable efforts to assist in these matters.

Privacy Policy

At Agrisera we are dedicated to safeguarding and preserving your privacy when visiting our site or communicating with Agrisera through digital media. Privacy Policy and our terms and conditions found here explains how any personal data provided to Agrisera or collected from Agrisera Buyers and Contacts are processed. This is taken in an effort to comply with the European Data Protection Directive 95/46/EC (GDPR). The Privacy Policy is regularly updated.

Agreement

These terms and conditions are the entire agreement and understanding between the Buyer and Agrisera with respect to the Buyer’s purchase of products and services from Agrisera. All prior agreements and understandings will from now on be invalid. These terms and conditions also apply to our Contacts of Agrisera.

Governing Law and Disputes

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Sweden. Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of, or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be settled by the courts of Sweden.
