Application Examples

Specificity of Anti-Blue Fluorescent Protein (BFP) Immunoglobulin, clone 7F10, determined by ELISA. Antibody fraction (0.5 mg/ml) 900X diluted in PBS containing 0,05% tween-20 and 5% non fat dry milk. Antibody was tested on various recombinant protein substrates i.e. hRpp14-GST (pGEX-2T), hRrp46-HIS10 (pET16b), GST (pGEX-2T) and BSA, 98% (Sigma).
