ALP conjugate is supplied in 30 mM Triethanolamine, pH 7.2, 5 mM Magnesium Chloride, 0.1 mM Zinc Chloride, 1 % (w/v) BSA, Protease/IgG free. 0.05 % (w/v) of sodium azide is added as preservative.
Purity ≥90% based on SDS-PAGE. May contain small amounts of intact IgG.
This antibody reacts with the heavy (gamma) chains on human IgG and light chains on all human immunoglobulins based on immunoelectrophoresis.
No reactivity is observed to non-immunoglobulin human serum proteins and serum from mouse, rabbit of bovine serum proteins based on immunoelectrophoresis.
