Immunogen: Purified rat IgM Host: Goat Clonality: Polyclonal Format: Lyophilized Quantity: 1 ml reconstituted Reconstitution: For reconstitution, add 1 ml of sterile water. Let it stand 30 minutes at room temperature to dissolve. Spin centrifuge shortly to remove any particles. Prepare fresh working dilutions daily by adding sterile phosphate buffered saline (PBS, pH 7.2). Storage: Store lyophilized material at 2-8°C. For long time storage at or below -20°C; once reconstituted, make aliquots to avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. Please, remember to spin tubes briefly prior to opening them to avoid any losses that might occur from lyophilized material adhering to the cap or sides of the tubes.
