Application examples
Application examples
HeLa cell extracts, 10 μg/well
1. Control cells 45kDa
2. Cells transformed with COXFA4l2-GST expressing plasmid
3. Cells transformed with COXFA4-GST expressing plasmid
4. Cells transformed 20kDa with COXFA4l1-GST expressing plasmid
Transfer: nitrocellulose.
The anti-GST antibody was used at 1:1000 dilution 1h/RT incubation in TBS-T, following the incubation with a secondary antibody goat anti-mouse HRP conjugated at 1: 20 000 1h/RT incubation and reaction was visualized using chemiluminescence, following manufactur's recommendations.

Background
Background
GST (Glutathione S-Transferase) is a 26kDa protein encoded by the parasitic helminth Schistosoma japonicum and widely used in the pGEX family of GST plasmid expression vectors as a fusion protein with foreign proteins.
