With a 1:1000 dilution, 4% Milk in 1xTBS with 0.05% Tween (30 minutes blocking) the antibody works fine on pea stroma and chloroplasts and with Arabidopsis chloroplasts. It's only important to cook the samples before for 3 minutes at 95°C. Incubation 2h at roomtemperature is enough.	2016-06-23 @ 10:03:56
