The antibodies work very well for Arabidopsis plants, when using the protocol given by the manufacturer. Very strong single signal (around 41-42 kDa) was observed in leaves extracts and very weak for roots (25 ug of protein extract was used for both tissues).	2016-07-26 @ 14:23:27
