I have used this antibody in my research on Arabidopsis thaliana and it has worked well. For my Western Blott I have used the antibody with the recommended dilution (1:7000) while the total protein load was 20 ug per well. The obtained results were satisfying, the protein mass was about 30 kDA as expected.
