I tried this antibody with Chlamydomonas cell extract on a Western (1:10000 ECL, 1:10000 anti-Rabbit, both incubated for 1h in a rotator at room temperature).The abs worked really nice. It gave a strong, unique, and clear band with a MW around 16 kD (The expected MW of COXIIb is 15kD).I grade the abs with 5/5. However, I give a grade of 3/5 to the concentration of the abs in the 100 ul serum.	2009-03-03 @ 19:48:05
