Loaded 20 ug of C. reinhardtii whole cell extract from freeze thaw method. Blocked with TBS+0.1%Tween, 5% milk for 1 hr at rm temp or overnight at 4 deg C. Antibody diluted 1:10,000 in TBS+0.1%Tween, 2% milk. Primary incubation overnight with gentle agitation at 4 deg C. 5 washes in between primary and secondary, volume for all antibody incubations and washes was 25 ml, washes at room temp. Immunoblot with HRP-conjugated secondary (1:20,000, 0.1%TBST) was clean with these conditions, however, longer exposure will yield a few additional bands, one at ~60 kDa and another at ~30 kDa (12% polyacrylamide).	2020-08-08 @ 05:09:37
