Immunogen: KLH-conjugated peptide derived from TCP1 protein sequence of Hordeum vulgare Host: Rabbit Clonality: Polyclonal Purity: Serum Format: Lyophilized Quantity: 50 µl
Reconstitution: For reconstitution add 50 µl, of sterile water.
Storage: Lyophilized antibody can be stored at -20°C for up to 3 years. Re-constituted antibody can be stored at 4°C for several days to weeks.
Once reconstituted make aliquots to avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. Please, remember to spin tubes briefly prior to opening them to avoid any losses that might occur from lyophilized material adhering to the cap or sides of the tubes.Tested applications: To be determined Recommended dilution: 1 : 1000 (WB)
Expected | apparent MW: 85 kDa

- Background
-
Background: TPC1 (Two pore calcium channel protein 1) is a voltage-gated inward-rectifying Ca2+ channel (VDCC) across the vacuole membrane. TPC1 is one of the essential components of the slow vacuolar (SV) channel. It is a major ROS-responsive Ca2+ channel and is the possible target of Al-dependent inhibition. Involved in the regulation of germination and stomatal movement.
Alternative names: Calcium channel protein 1, CHS1, Fatty acid oxygenation up-regulated protein 2, FOU2, Voltage-dependent calcium channel protein - Product Citations
