Additional information (application): 
50ug/well of total protein extracted freshly from Arabidopsis thaliana 7 days old keg seedling. Exact buffer component: Tris-HCl 7.5pH, NaCl, MgCl, DTT and PMSF. Denatured with 6X SDS-Laemeli buffer at 99°C for 10 min. Samples were separated on 10% SDS-PAGE and blotted onto PVDF using wet transfer for 40 min. The blot was blocked with 5% milk for 1h/RT with agitation. The blot was incubated in the primary antibody at 1:500 dilution for 1.5h/RT with agitation in PBS-T at RT. The antibody solution was decanted and the blot was rinsed twice, then washed once for 15 min and three times for 5 min. in PBS-T at RT with agitation. The blot was incubated in matching secondary antibody (anti-rabbit IgG horseradish peroxidase conjugated) at 1:20 000 dilution for 1hr/RT with agitation.
