This antibody reacts with the heavy chains on rat IgG and with the light chains on all rat immunoglobulins based on immunoelectrophoresis. Highly cross absorbed against mouse IgG.

Minimum cross-reactivity is observed to non- immunoglobulin rat serum proteins based on immunoelectrophoresis. Minimum cross-reactivity is observed to human or mouse IgG based on immunoelectrophoresis.

Antibody is supplied in 10 mM sodium phosphate, 150 mM sodium chloride, pH 7and 0.05 % (w/v) sodium azide as preservative.
