Purity of this preparation is > 95% based on SDS-PAGE. Antibody is provided as a clear, colorless liquid, 0.2 µm filtered in 10 mM Sodium Phosphate, 0.15 M Sodium Chloride, pH 7.2 with 0.05 % sodium azide as preservative, 0.2 µm filtered.
Based on IEP, precipitin bands occur when reacted against antibodies to: Whole human serum, human IgM, Kappa light chain.
Based on IEP, this protein does not form precipitin bands against antibodies to: human IgA, IgG, IgD, IgE or lambda light chain. - Background
