20 µg of a crude extract of Saccharomyces cerevisiae was separated on a 12.5 % SDS-PAGE and blotted to a PVDF membrane, followed by blotting in 5 % non-fat milk for 1h/RT. Primary antibody was incubated at 1: 1000 1h/RT, followed by washes and incubation with a secondary goat anti-rabbit IgG HRP conjugated antibodies, used at 1: 10 000 1h/RT. Reaction was developed using chemiluminescence following manufacture's recommendations. - Background
