The kit contains: anti-RbcL antibody, Anti-PsaC antibody, Anti-PsbA antibody, respective protein standards, high titer secondary antibody and chemiluminescent detection reagent for quantification of Rubisco, PSI and PSII using quantitative Western blot technique.
